The following brake kits are some of the more common we supply.  Because of the wide variety of possible strut and hub combinations which can be fitted to these cars, as well as, the large number of possible rotor and caliper applications, please contact us for other possible kits.  

Please note:  Wilwood now anodizes most of their calipers in a hard grey color.  If you desire black or red calipers there is an additional cost for powder coated calipers, usually around $70.00/caliper.  Not all calipers are available this way.  They also have 22 other colors available, but these add additional time and cost.

Tilton’s new 600-Series 3-pedal underfoot assembly is perfect for racers who need additional space in the cockpit. Unlike traditional floor-mount pedal assemblies with forward-facing master cylinders, the underfoot pedal assembly features a rear-facing master cylinder arrangement. This enables the pedals to be mounted further forward, which allows a greater range of driver seating positions. This, along with over a hundred pedal pad configurations and an adjustable pedal ratio, makes the new underfoot pedal assembly compatible with just about any racer in any application.

 

Forged aluminum pedals and an aluminum frame give the 600-Series underfoot pedal assembly rigid and lightweight support for even the most grueling applications. Included with the assembly is a large 7/16”-20 balance bar (P/N 72-260), which minimizes flex and provides a solid pedal feel. Action on the pedals is kept smooth and consistent with low friction oil-impregnated bushings on the pedal pivots. For additional customization, the 600-Series 3-pedal underfoot assembly is also compatible with customer-supplied false floors and heel rests. The optional Tilton throttle linkage kits are designed for use with either mechanical or drive-by-wire throttle systems.

 

The new 600-Series 2-pedal underfoot assembly is also available in too different configurations, (brake/throttle: P/N: 72-618 & brake/clutch: P/N: 72-617).  The 2-pedal version PN: 72-618 is ideally suited for newer vehicles with dual clutch transmissions, and therefore no need for a clutch pedal.

PN: 72-617 can be used where an existing throttle pedal will continue to be used.

 

The underfoot pedals are designed to accept Tilton’s 76-Series master cylinders.

Tilton 76 Series Master Cylinder Kit

Tilton’s newly designed 76-series master cylinders incorporate new features, such as the added top outlet port, to provide universal appeal. The 76-Series master cylinder retains its rear port to continue to match the function of the old version, while the added extra-deep top port enables the use of a banjo fitting.

 

76-Series Master Cylinder Features

  • Addition of a top AN-3 outlet port (along with the original rear outlet port) allows for more flexibility with plumbing.

  • Optional use of either port to connect to a brake pressure sensor, bleed port, brake light switch, and more.

  • Top outlet port is compatible with both AN-3 and banjo fittings.

Aluminum Hubs

Aluminum Front Hubs:  Dpracing manufactures a wide variety of hubs to fit an astounding number of applications.  Most are built to order since trying to stock hubs with the wide array of variables is next to impossible.  You specify the strut and hub combination you want to run and we will build it.  We need to know the rotor bolt pattern, the wheel bolt pattern, how much wheel spacer you'd like built into the hub, if any, what you want for wheel studs, and any other information that might be necessary to get you exactly what you want.  Whenever possible we try to use Timken bearings and seals and ARP studs.  There is a cap with wrench flats that screws on to protect the bearings from dirt and dust intrusion.

 

Below are several hubs we've manufactured.  This should give you an idea of what can be done.  While most of them are Datsun hubs, we can do them for pretty much any car.  Contact us for more information concerning your application.
